Billy is Cofounder and CEO of Path, where he helps businesses transform how they build and run custom software. He invests in operating businesses and technology companies, partnering with founders building for the long term. Based in Austin, he is a member of the Austin Technology Council and the Austin AI Alliance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and IT Management from the University of San Diego and completed the Yale School of Management Executive Education Program in Digital Transformation.

Claire is an attorney at DLA Piper US LLP in Austin, where she advises clients on complex corporate and commercial matters with a focus on diligence, structure, and long-term outcomes. Deeply engaged in the Austin community, she is a Board Member of the Austin Club and a member of the Austin Young Chamber and the Junior League of Austin. She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, where she served as Editor in Chief of The Daily Texan.
